Order and Payment
You can pay by:

Paypal - secure server (please note: you do not need a paypal account to use this service).
NoChex - Secure server - no account needed.
By cheque or postal order - please call me on 01772 497447 with your order and I will give you postage details.
By credit/debit card over the phone (01772 497447) - this is especially for those who do not like to give their bank details over the internet
All orders are sent usually the same day of receiving payment and should be with you within 2-3 days of your order.

Postage and Packaging
Please note: Once an item has been posted we are not responsible for its delivery. Any claim for loss or damage must be made through The Royal Mail.

You can choose from 3 UK shipping options and 2 overseas options.

For the UK you can select:

First class recorded delivery - This will give you a tracking number for your parcel which you can trace through www.royalmail.com. this is my preferred option as it gives you a better chance of either recovering your parcel if it goes astray or claiming for a refund from the Royal Mail. Usually delivered within 24 hours of dispatch.

First Class Standard Delivery . This is marginally cheaper but you have no way of tracking your item. Usually delivered within 24/48 hours of dispatch so if an item goes astray you cannot claim from the Royal Mail.

Special delivery. Guaranteed before 1pm next day - recommended for more expensive items or if you need an item quickly.
Which ever method you choose we always get proof of posting which we can send to you in case you need to make a claim against the Royal Mail.

For Overseas you need to select either:
USA and rest of the world - airmail or
Europe - airmail
