Returns Policy

Items can be returned within 28 days - please email or phone 01772 497447 with your details within 7 days via the Contact Us link and you will be given instructions for returning the item.

When the item has been returned and checked a refund will be given if appropriate.

If the item has been used or worn, is stained, smells of smoke or is damaged in any way then I regret I will not be able to accept it or give any refund.

I regret I am unable to re-imburse postage costs. This includes your postage incurred when returning the item. If a refund is required for any goods then it will be minus the original post/packing cost.
